This place is a joke an i had a unit for over 5 yrs an then in 2 months of me going to check on it this yr 2022 the whole locker was emptied out an the ownwr had no clue what happened to everything i owned ,lime my babies thay r now growns pictures, my baby pucs an albums an all my clothing furniture appliances!! All gone an he has no cameras on prescot street if ur locker is in the middle of the woods!! 5 yrs an he doesnt have a clue what happenez!!??

They have small lockers to large lockers and you pay monthly!

I will give this old man credit on the fact that he was decent when we needed a short-term solution while we were in the process of moving. However, we called the owner of this storage unit 3 days in a row to inform him that we no longer required the storage unit and we would be coming by to drop off the lock key as well as get our twenty-five dollar deposit back. We had to call three days in a row because we believed someone would actually answer the phone, but they don't. No surprise he is a typical Mainer. No decency to call us back and was very rude to the people that give him business.

The owner is pleasant. Unfortunately, when I've had to go there during the day it's his wife. She always comes across like she has an attitude so I don't think she should be dealing with customers.
