Pharmacy needs a lot more training, pharmacy cashier needs to learn to work with the public better. My child made a small cry and they would continuously cover their ears and step away from the register each time, and rushed me away. You work with the public. I worked with customers who would scream at me, and always was told to keep my composure.

The pharmacy here needs some serious training. Frequently, they are having issues, knowing how to run insurance, provide half decent customer service, and to quote the correct times when you’re getting your medication. I should not have to work this hard to ensure that my medication is being filled correctly. Every time I’m told to call my doctor and that they don’t have the prescription they actually do and I don’t know what the issue is. Very frustrating! And waste of my time and lunch break.

I called as a new pt on a Thursday and they didn’t have my strength so they had to order it saying they’d have it by Friday. I went to pick it up Saturday morning. They’re closed on the weekend. They should have told me. I also had an insurance issue and they wouldn’t pay without a prior authorization. The pharmacist unprofessionally ripped open my Rx bag in front of me and threw it away put my Rx back in stock. I also needed my Rx faxed to another pharmacy in NH and several hours later they hadn’t done it which further delayed that message being ordered. Nothing but a hassle with this pharmacy
