Highly recommend this place. First let me start off by saying I purchased family shirts for my daughter's birthday from a different establishment. Needless to say they were completely wrong and not what I ordered. My daughters birthday was a week away and I was in a pinch. I went to DR Designs and Sydney helped me. She listened to what I wanted, showed me different shirt color options, and even had them made asap. She communicated over email and made everything so easy. These shirts came out perfect. Very pleased!

Not at all impressed... I placed an order back in May thinking 2 months ahead would be plenty of time . I gave the lady my logo she stated it took her 2 hrs to do??? How ?? I can do a whole flyer in 15 mins. Anyway first set of logo took her 2 weeks to respond back until I called. I then gave her another 2 that I liked the first set she did i didnt like . I then gave her 2 new ones look at and she said that she would email a site to order shirts which I still haven't gotten let alone what my new set of logos will look like and it's now been 2-3 weeks and STILL nothing from her no email no call nothing . I will NOT recommend this company to anyone I know. It's almost like they forget you until u call and check on it .

Just picked up the Tshirts we ordered. They turned out great. Rachel was able to digitize our hand drawn logo and transfer it to the shirts. She worked with us to make sure we got the best shirts for our needs. She may take a little longer than the bigger or national companies but the qualit and cuatomer service are.much better. It is a small business with a big heart.

I tried to order shirts. Tony responded at first but never responded afterwords 3 weeks with no response so I had to move onto a different company. Wouldn’t recommend this place

Rachel and her crew are nothing short of AMAZING! DR can get any kind of hat or clothing and work with you to design original, quality pieces. My son is a ski racer, so they took his action photo and turned it into a logo that was featured on clothing for him and his coach. If you can dream it, they can do it! Get all your screenprinting and embroidery work done here--- highly recommend! We do business with DR Designs often and ALWAYS leave happy!

Horrible experience! Order not placed as requested even though I sat and went through everything in their office . When arrived and was incorrect Rachel tried to charge the restock fee to us. When I stated we would not pay a restock fee she tried to charge us shipping and then up charged everything on the original bill. Very poor business practice. I would not recommend DR Design to anyone.
