“Dan, the Store Manager, went above and beyond for me today! He could’ve easily said that he couldn’t retrieve a receipt from 2 months ago, but he did it, all while sounding like it wasn’t a problem!! Above and beyond!!! And Assistants went out of their way to assist me with finding the right potting soil, even asking one another!!! That’s not seen much anymore!! And the other Assistant even waited, at the door, for me to check out just to lug out my potting soil for me!!!!! EXCELLENT customer service Friday, March 8th, 2024 between the hours of 12:45- 1:15 PM. You have here one VERY happy customer!!!”
