The staff is friendly and helpful. I enjoy shopping at Dublin St. Hannaford. I find the quality of the fruits and vegetables very good. I'm pleased to see in the refrigerator is front of the meat department window you can occasionally get chicken packages, two thighs, at .99, and not have to buy the family pack. I would like to see less workers and goods in the aisles.

Very poor customer service. Informed prescription is ready and pay mailing fee on Thursday. It is not even mailed until Monday! Inexcusable.

This market keeps improving the quality of items in hand and for that I travel an additional 20minutes to pick up groceries. Checkers and staff are friendly and willing pack your stuff in the grocery bags you provide.

My son is on a specific prescription. Almost every time I get this filled, there is always something wrong. "We have no record of the prescription being sent in". "The doctor canceled it". Caught them in that lie as the doctor DID NOT cancel it. If I could rate this less than zero, I would. Going to try Walgreens.

So doctor sends your prescription to Hannafords . Your doctor has it on his end as sent but on Hannafords end it magical disappear. So you play phone tag for a few hours.well this is a nightmare I want to change pharmacy.your new pharmacy asks them to send all your prescriptions over they don't a week later after you tell them they messed up and didn't call and ask for supervisor they call you a lier.

STAY AWAY from Hannaford in Machias if you value customer service! Pharmacist Joseph Tremblay at Machias Hannaford was extremely unprofessional and rude. He refused to transfer my scripts to Walgreens and prohibited me from getting the correct medication by refusing to contact my doctor’s office.

I needed a generic equivalent of a drug and the generic is new. Called and asked about availability, and it was in stock. Transferred a prescription, and we created a profile. Customer service was excellent, I asked about coupons if insurance doesn't cover this prescription and they accept them! Great experience! Found out they offer curb service as well as mail order!

Some of the employees are really rude. I called today at the Pharmacy and the lady that picked up was super snobby to me. After I was done, I said thank you have a good day and her reply was "yuuuuuuuup." Have no clue what her name is but she's rude.

Everything is fine. I only have one problem. If the customers are wearing face masks during this pandemic why aren’t your associates wearing them ? The customers that wear them are protecting you why aren’t you protecting us ?
