Claims to be a Community Bank that cares when all I’ve seen is the opposite of a caring bank. The employees don’t care and even escalated matters are never answered. Look for another bank if ur smart...

Awful company. Employees don’t know the rules about cutoff times for different deposit methods. Likely because upper management keeps things unclear to help speed along fraudulent overdraft fees. This bank does not care about you, they only care about the bottom line. Customers aren’t people, they are numbers and fee amounts. Go check out another bank. You don’t want this one.

Absolutely the best called and checked on us during the Coronavirus stay at home to be sure we could access our accounts and if needed they could make an appointment to come to their lobby. Really appreciated Denise calling today.

I have absolutely loved Camden National since I started with them. I have worked mainly with the Falmouth branch but they are so helpful and kind whenever I have any issues. I highly recommend them!

This bank is horrible! The call center is completely useless and unhelpful. The bank placed a hold on my mobile deposit without first adding a credit. This caused my account to become overdrawn. The money I had in my account prior to my deposit is no longer available until this gets corrected. Because today is Sunday and the branch is closed, nothing can be done. I am out of town and found this out while trying to get gas, with my 2 yr old in the car.The call center agent and manager agreed that this was a bank error but still cannot fix the problem today. This bank does not empower their employees to help their customers. This is completely unacceptable. Especially for a bank error.

They have always been a horrible bank, the fact that they closed down a customer's account due to them growing hemp just shows how disgusting and disturbing this business establishment treats it's customers.

The tellers at the Camden branches in Ellsworth are seriously the BEST! I've banked with a few different banks, credit unions and bigger banks alike, and these guys are the most personable staff ever. Appreciate the ease and simplicity every time I'm there.

Camden National is community involved. The tellers at my location recognize me and provide excellent customer service. The mobile app is easy to use and helps me keep track of my finances and manage my account when I'm busy. And it's easy to set travel alerts if you're going to be away and don't want your account flagged. I didn't even have to get on the phone--I was able to do it through their live chat!
