I worked with Wendy at this branch, last year. I gave her 4 set of taxes, 2019, 2020,2021, 2022. 2019 couldn't be used, but the rest could. At first, I was given an estimated return of around 6k, a few missing stimuluses were in there. However, and I know she'll deny it, she took 2020 and 2021 and combined them. When the IRS was checking it over, they started to decrease the amount. Seeing as I got a stimulus check in 2020, they took off the missing one for 2021. And so forth. I ended up getting a return of barely 300 or something like that. I reached out to Wendy MULTIPLE times with questions, screen shots and downloads of my profile within the IRS and showing her what was missing. To this day, I haven't gotten a response. She screwed up my taxes last year, she sure as hell will do it again this year. Not to mention she lost my 2021 tax information, at least that's what she claimed after we tried to "sort" out the issues. Do yourself a huge favor, give your money to a professional who's actually a professional, don't bother with Wendy.

Have always used Hand R block I was pleasantly surprised some years ago when the new owner was just as good if not better than the old. Never had a mistake or issue in a lot of years. Trustworthy people that know they're business!!!
