Bought a 2019 Ford F150 from Bailey Brothers Ford last year. Since then I have had it in several times for burning oil. A 45k truck with 43k miles shouldn't be burning oil. I was made to go in every week to show it was burning oil. After several weeks Bailey Brothers made an attempt at fixing it, but didn't. The real kicker is that come to find out a local fella owned the vehicle before we did, and had the same problem. He brought it to Bailey Brothers for the same problem. Their solution, put in a longer dipstick, PCV valve and reprogram it. Not fixed. Then Bailey Brothers tried the same thing when i bought it. Not fixed. Brought it back and then they changed some other parts and attempted to fix it again. Not fixed. Now, I am continuing to have the problem. The cam is rattling and Bailey Brothers says this is normal engine noise. The oil dipstick has gone from the top to the bottom circle, all recorded with Baily Brothers, just after 3500 miles(oil change intervals with Ford are 7500 miles), and now I was told by Bailey Brothers to "keep driving it" and that they aren't going to do anything else unless the oil light comes on.
Bottom line- they tried to fix it but couldn't, now it's my problem.
The truck was all under warranty at the time
I have added photos from other Ford customers across the country and an article showing a current lawsuit against Ford.

I have purchased a number of vehicles over the years but this was by far the best experience I have ever had. Brenda went over my whole Bronco with me, showed me what all the buttons were for and programmed everything with me. I have never had that before from any other dealerships. The Baileys crew is top notch!

If you go to any other Ford dealership you’re missing out. Bailey Brothers Ford is amazing. Not only are they HONEST, but friendly as well. Every vehicle we have ordered or purchased from them has been easier than the previous. I wish we could give more than 5 stars because they deserve 10!

Awesome experience with Jim Purlington in buying our truck here. He definitely helped in our decision and he's a great salesman who doesn't hound you. Originally was going to Colorado to get a truck but fortunately our deal fell thru. Love the quaint and charming feel of the dealership unlike the bigger dealerships seem to impersonal and leave you with a cold feeling. Ms Brenda the owner was very respectful and down to earth. Thank you for an awesome buying experience!!!

Bailey Bros Ford: so where to begin? At almost 64yo I've experienced plenty of dealerships, auto repair garages, etc... Out of all the experiences I've had your establishment is by far, the most professional, straightforward and integrity based dealership/service department I have encounter. Steve, Marie and Gary obviously played a crucial role with service work excuted upon my 2016 F250 6.2L. The communication and actual hands-on work rates a 10. I'm thrilled and take comfort in knowing my F250 is in great hands. My wife & I are looking to purchase some model of suv/truck in the future and your dealership will be the 1st place, and I'm sure the only place, we do business with. Continue your excellent work and customer service, as I know you will.

I brought my Escape for an oil change on a Friday with a scheduled appointment and ended up waiting an hour. Then the following Monday I brought my F-150 for an oil change with a scheduled appointment and after 35 minutes, I could see the truck was done and waited another 15 minutes after that and I finally went to the service desk and waited an additional 10 minutes for them to finish the paperwork. I wonder how long I would have waited if I hadn't gone to the desk?
