And Audettes had it listed for the same price as other competitors like Target, Walmart, Amazon, etc!!! Only one other store had it in stock: Target. “I feel as if this location is not handicapped accessible. When a customer walks through the front door, you go through a push bar (like at an amusement park) to get past the registers. I thought the store was clean, had a wide array of products at different price points, and their restrooms were spacious and clean.”

“A really interesting place. They have everything you can imagine. Was in there yesterday and even noticed they had deerskin toddlers mittens. Besides all the usual Hardware stuff. Their staff is so nice. They go out of their way to make sure you get just what you want. Real old-time atmosphere located right on the Main Street of Richmond. Check it out you won't be disappointed.”

“Went in to the Augusta store and ordered a genesis grill and 2 sets of outdoor rocker chairs with table. Spent almost $1500. Spent a lot of money here over the years gor my business and home needs. Week of delivery truck drives up opens door NO ITEMS on it! Called store and after three times of being hung up on finally got someone to see that the items were not ready for delivery. Said items would be out the folling week, promosed so sorry etc. Today May 10th truck shows up only one item on it and its not the right grill. No patio furniture. Tried calling to get manager and hung up on 4 times. Finaly told the guys delivering take the grill back. Called again, hung up on twice. Now waiting for customer service to return my money over 20 mins on phone for Carol to try and get their sysytem to work (she was trying). I like Lowes will continue to shop here.Update. We went to the store and ended up picking up the items ourself. I believe Lilian is who helped out from the online area by the service desk. Items are great work lime we expected. Thank you”
