Zip ties my mailbox to a broken neighbors mailbox which puts strain on my box/post. Then says they are refusing delivery due to it now pulled back from the straight line of boxes. Continuously writes on my mail and when I call to report it post master just gives me attitude.

There is Sunday package delivery guy messed up my delivery and delivered my package to the front of the building clearly my apartment number is on my door!

Our experience with the Lisbon post office could be better. They have made false claims that they could not deliver our packages because the driveway was inaccessible (this has occurred twice now, both times completely untrue- and we have the photos to prove it, time and date stamped.) We understood the first time this happened, although we chalked it up to maybe they were short-staffed, so we did not complain. However, we are most unhappy this second time because we were highly inconvenienced and forced to pick up our packages at the post office. They said they would make a second attempt to deliver, which they did not because they didn't even make a first attempt. Unfortunately, we have noticed several other issues with receiving our mail, such as scanned items not being delivered on the day they are scanned, lost items, and even our neighbors have needed to check with us to see if we got their mail. Overall, this post office is very disorganized and appears to be lazy. We have lived in many townships, and never have we had issues as we do with this post office.

Absolutely the most terrible post office in the US. They don't want to work so they just don't drop off packages instead will leave a notice by saying we attempted without actually attempting to drop off anything. I've never had an issue with packages until moving to this area and dealing with this post office specifically.

Packages are always delayed because they don’t want to work once it’s dark but it’s winter, in Maine, and it gets dark at 3:30 ? we have had several items lost in transit after arriving in Lisbon, more often than not packages that are due to arrive never show and come the next day if we are lucky and today they delivered one to our mailbox correctly and the other said delivered to our front porch but was not here. So it’s apparently lost. Even though they got our mail here just fine . Frustrating!!!

Trying to call them all day to see if I have mail there instead of driving very far out of my way but it just continues to ring. No one actually answers the phone. Beyond frustrated!!

I've never really had a need in my life to go to a post office before, but I'd have to say this one must rank up there as one of the best. I recently moved and something messed up with forwarding my mail. I stopped in and the man working behind the counter was so, so nice and helpful. Every time I've been in there these past couple weeks, he's been there with a smile on his face and he is so friendly and welcoming to every customer that walks in! A big thanks to my local post office for helping me with such an important issue!
