When I got there to check in for my 11 AM appointment, Lisa, the manager I do believe.? told me she could not find me anywhere in the system but she was able to still get me in.I asked her if she could throw in an oil change as I was due, and she said absolutely.Car was ready for pick up in under two hours.Customer service was 100%.Lisa was amazing.”

When he couldn't reproduce the symptoms, Paul called me and I picked it up with NO CHARGE! He is currently replacing the frame on my son in law's pickup. I don't think there's anything he can't fix. In the meantime I went to see Brian Dennis who has been our salesman for years. Told him and Vinnie the sales manager if they could find me a new lease before car was ready I would upgrade my lease NOW! Within an hour I had a quote on a brand new lease and the next morning I drove off the lot with a 2022 Buick Encore. Zero miles. Exactly what I wanted at a price I could afford.”

“I called Lee Tire in Topsham this morning because the right front tire pressure on my Outback was down for the second time in a week. I needed to be making a 90 minute drive one way to care for a 2 year old grandson on Sunday. Peter said get it to them ASAP because they close at noon. I was there within 15 minutes. While I had a leisurely cup of coffee next door at Kopper Kettle, the technicians at Lee Tire plugged the slow-leak and I was on my way by 11:15am. This 71 year old single woman is very grateful for this reasonably priced service and peace-of-mind.”
