“I was staggered when I got the bill for my oil change. My VIP station used "the best" without asking, doubling the price I expected to pay for a standard oil change. I am retired, on a fixed income, so this hurts. Staff should be sure of what the customer wants before automatically going for the highest price.
Since then, however, the district manager called to apologize and offered to make it right. I am very impressed that VIP cared enough to follow up on my comment and correct procedural issues. This makes me want to go back to them, and I will recommend them to others.”

“I have never, in my 67 years encountered a more honest, forthright, and skilled mechanic. I took my van in with what I thought was a major transmission issue. When he couldn't reproduce the symptoms, Paul called me and I picked it up with NO CHARGE! He is currently replacing the frame on my son in law's pickup. I don't think there's anything he can't fix. “My car needed service. When the check engine light came on I drove it directly to Emerson with no appointment. Although they were booked solid for two weeks they agreed to let me leave my car and they would attempt to squeeze it in. In the meantime I went to see Brian Dennis who has been our salesman for years. Told him and Vinnie the sales manager if they could find me a new lease before car was ready I would upgrade my lease NOW! Within an hour I had a quote on a brand new lease and the next morning I drove off the lot with a 2022 Buick Encore. Zero miles. Exactly what I wanted at a price I could afford.”

“Yes. However was unaware that prices can differ at different BJ’s? Love the Wellsley Farm bakery muffins but they went from$3.99 to $6.99 ? way more than even 20% increase!? Can you say price gouging? Portland store only went to $4.98. Guess I’ll be shopping when down that way?”

“Had a 11am appointment at the Lewiston Maine store showed up a little early the appointment before me was a no show. Trevon and Koree got me right in they went right to work and worked very well as a team. I asked them to check a few things when they had the tires off and they did. They also taught me a few things about some of the wear on the tires. They had all 4 tires changed in less than a hour. It was very refreshing to know how well they know their job and how professional they were thanks guys and great job.”
