“This is absolutely the best place in town! Every experience I’ve had here has been easy and wholesome the owners of the shop are always friendly and helpful. I showed up a couple minutes before close by accident and they were nothing but helpful and happy to help even though on my part I was disrespectful for showing up last minute. I highly recommend this business and have nothing negative to say about this place!”

“This is a wonderful post office – Pam, who runs the office is efficient, friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. We receive hundreds of packages each year and they are either put in our mail box if small or left inside our barn if too large – but never out in the rain (as sometimes happens with other delivery services). I am sorry that others have not had good experiences; I am hoping that was during the time that Pam was out on sick leave.”
“Makenzie went above and beyond for our need. We were in for a printing job that unfortunately was for our sister’s funeral. We wanted something a little special and she ‘understood the assignment’. She was amazing and empathetic. She literally brought tears to our eyes (happy ones of course) when she showed us the completed job. “My partner has been eagerly waiting for a package to arrive. We received a notification that the package had been delivered but it was not at our mailbox or in the general area. I managed to catch the gentleman delivering the mail and asked him if he could help me locate the package as I had received the notification indicating it had been delivered. This gentleman stood outside in the blazing sun on the phone with another representative with the post office to help retrace his steps and determine where it was delivered. He quickly figured out that it had been delivered to the neighbors by accident and fetched it right away. This gentleman could’ve chosen not to help me, but he went out of his way and I am incredibly grateful for that. Keep in mind when your reading reviews, most people wont take the time to leave a review if all went well. However, people will take the time to write a scathing review when they have had a bad experience. So far my experience with Lewiston’s Post Office has been nothing short of excellent. Thank you to the men and women at the post office who serve our community, rain or shine!”
“Pretty impressed with the service. They accidentally delivered my package to the wrong address. I went and filed a claim at the Brunswick PO office and while I was there, the amazing Supervisor Matt went out and located the package that was mistakenly delivered and then promptly delivered it to my office. Very happy and impressed with the fast turn around and service.”

“I've never really had a need in my life to go to a post office before, but I'd have to say this one must rank up there as one of the best. I recently moved and something messed up with forwarding my mail. I stopped in and the man working behind the counter was so, so nice and helpful. Every time I've been in there these past couple weeks, he's been there with a smile on his face and he is so friendly and welcoming to every customer that walks in! A big thanks to my local post office for helping me with such an important issue!”
