“Nice good priced storage, fairly dry with these bad storms that came through, the units have a chanel inside to overt the water flow out. Not temp controlled. Not fully fenced either. The back of the facility is not fenced, just has large trees separating the facility from a busy road.”

“Update review:With all due respect to Steve, he has promised to refund my deposit. As he explained to me in a follow-up call, there were personal reasons (which, respecting his privacy, I shall not delve into here) for his behavior toward my situation. In summary, life is short and it's good to have a perspective on things and how we deal with them as people, as opposed to mere business transactions. Some problems start out looking big but are actually luxurious in nature. This is one of them. Store your belongings at Cumberland, live long - and prosper.”
“We stored a lot of personal items here as we transitioned between Maine and Florida. We were in a large climate controlled unit. After 1 1/2 years we opened our unit, and were pleasantly surprised, not one bug or spider in the unit. No dust, nothing. It was as clean as the day we closed the doors. Steve, the office manager was great to work with and the price for the unit was fair and reasonable. I highly recommend using Easy Self Storage.”
“We purchased a 40” shipping container. We spoke to the owner and the driver prior to delivery. We were able to pick out the exact container we wanted. We live in a pretty remote area and they both went above and beyond to place the unit where we wanted it in a very timely and professional manner. I can’t recommend them enough. I am very happy with the container. The weather gets pretty brutal up here on the mountain, but I think the shipping container will hold up beautifully!! A+”
“If you rent from Uhaul at L&L storage, 34 Merrill Rd, do not leave your vehicle. Someone tried cutting out the catalytic converter on my vehicle and left the saw blade half way through the pipe. I got a free saw blade out of it though so no worries & insurance will cover the damage. L & L storage reached out after I left a message and we had a great conversation. It's comforting to know they have cameras in place. But I would still avoid leaving your vehicle overnight.”

“The manager is an exceptionally kind and wonderful man and businessman! I was caught in a bind when my movers showed up a month before scheduled delivery date with no address yet to deliver our things to. Paul was fantastic and after just one frantic phone call from CT, he found my husband and I a ground level unit so the movers wouldn't charge us to go up stairs, stayed late after normal business hours after the movers showed up an hour after they were supposed to. I can't express the gratitude and appreciation we feel. Good people and good business owners are hard to find these days and he is definitely a rare find! I 100% recommend this storage facility to anyone in the market.”
