I went there again and found it open and the district manager was there. He told me that he's having a hard time hiring someone and he has to drive all the way from CT to work the store. He was so nice and helpful and I feel badly that he has to drive all the way up here to work the store!”

We didn't get accomplished what we needed too but it's not their fault. It was waiting for a review for the discount being disabled and the $30 off..That's really cool they can do that here also and help with that..it's great they suggested it or asked if we would qualify because that was very helpful and we wouldn't have known they could do that if they didn't ask. So we will be back to get rid of Boost Mobile because they are just awful! We are definitely going back to this location once we get the information we need and the costs to transfer 3+ cell phones we are going back to Metro T-Mobile asap. “I screwed up my phone royally. It talked back at me and you couldn't do a thing to it. I brought it in a nice young man acknowledged me. He said I will be with you soon. Lucky for me it wasn't busy. The guy starts playing with my phone and says what did you do!? He looked stuff up on his phone and in under 5minutes I was thanking him and walking out the door. I work at a bakery and totally forgot to bring something. I asked if he was working the next day and yes he was. I brought in a dozen cookies for the employees to share. He didn't believe that I actually would bring them. He was surprised. I thought what he did for me was wonderful at no charge I could do something nice in return . His manners and friendliness was the best . Thank you!”
“They took care of my reason for going there. They explained why I will be getting a new cable box. And I was shown a list if new channels to add to my old Time Warner package. I hope my new cable box comes soon. So I can get these added channels. I don't want my little old cable box shut off and be without TV.”
