“I recently went to visit my sister in Maine. We we driving by your Store and noticed all the flags and balloons out on the front lawn. We realized it was for Sept 11th. We decided to stop in.
Just want to say how amazing your staff and the company as a whole is to put on an event like this. There was hot apple cider and donuts. They also gave us Daffodil bulbs, and we had a great conversation about 9/11 and the meaning behind the Daffodils. The store manager gave me the Daffodil pin she was wearing.

“A well stocked hardware store, the employees here are incredibly helpful, even if there is something they can't do for you, they will direct you to the best spot in the area.
Will continue to shop here. Their prices are reasonable, their selection of items is great for not being a big box store, and you can sign up for the rewards program, which I've been enjoying.”
“Love this place it can be expensive for some stuff, so you need to do your research but other stuff is a lot cheaper than most places. I buy my pig grain there and it’s the cheapest place around for miles even cheaper than Walmart and you get a bigger bag it’s almost $20 for a 40 pound bag at Walmart and it’s only $16 for a 50 pound bag here”
“Went to buy a mechanics tool cart at the new Oxford store. They had forgotten to remove the sale which had passed but honored the sale price for me. The two ladies who helped me were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They even went so far as to load my purchase in my car. I always liked harbor freight and now I like them more!”

I know she doesn’t know and I may have just been a random customer. I want Home Depot to know how appreciated speaking with her today. Reviews are not always positive, but this one is Vicky. “Decent store. Horrible return policy. They use a third party(The Retail Equation) that approves but mainly denies returns even if you never returned at homedepot. You can't exchange homedepots own in-house brands for other items without a receipt. Even if the item is a gift and still new sealed in the package. It's insane.”

“Lots of stuff but hard to find someone to help you. Lots of signage so that helps. They didn't carry what we were looking for. Should of just checked the local hardware store. Looked at wooden screen doors. For the price they looked cheaply made.”

“Ordered a 20' fiberglass Louisville extension ladder - my bad, too short. Phone call to Black Bear - arrange for return/upgrade to 24' Lousiville. No re-stocking fee - charged the difference between the two ladders and a delivery fee. Unbelievably reasonable!!! I wrapped the 20' ladder in tarp to protect it from rain/weather until it could be returned. Delivery of 24 footer today - absolutely perfect!!As for prices ? I shopped and shopped - Black Bear prices were lower, period! I could not find a step - ladder with a paint tray - IF, there was a gripe, that would be it. Let me be clear - no gripes - could not be more pleased. Thank you. Excellent experience!!”
