My sofa came in damaged and a rush order was put in to replace it..I was getting extremely frustrated at the length of time it was taking and the customer service part of it. The owner reached out to me. It was awesome that my situation was acknowledged and we rectified the situation. That's all I asked for was to be acknowledged! Thank you

Last week I decided it was time to upgrade our awful amazon couch. When we walked into the store there was a HUGE selection and great price range on the couches. A saleswoman helped when needed but didnt pressure us. We stumbled upon the perfect couch at a great price. It was delivered with no porblems at all. Great product, great service!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. THEY HAVR THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND QUALITY. I bought a sectional about 6 months ago and it had a tear on tge back. Weeks to get repaired. All 3 recliners have broken in under 6 months and are not repaired. Cushions are sagging already. No one will address my concerns. I have asked for money back or replacement and they will not help. They don't even get back to you. They're is only one person Lynnelle to "help" and she is rude.

I was a customer for years, but I had a very bad experience with an item that I bought recently from South Portland store.
Before pick up, I wanted to replace it with something better (my plan was never to get a refund) I was told “no that is not possible!! it is their policy and I signed a document highlighting that”.
Sorry guys, I will not buy anything from you again
I just want to warn everyone from your strange polices and traps.
I am VERY disappointed indeed.
