They had the car waiting for us when we arrived, and completed the checkout process courteously and quickly. No waiting in line, no upselling, just good customer service. Thanks, U-Save! “So let me start by saying this review is long overdue! I would not hesitate to buy another car here. They are straight shooters. I had been looking for a Challenger for months. Almost nothing of what I was looking for was to be found in this great state of Maine. At least until my son spotted one here! So over I went. A young salesman met me in the parking lot. His name was Zack. I talked that poor man's ear off for over an hour! He didn't even care that it was getting so close to closing time. He was absolutely awesome in every way!! They let me test drive, which I really appreciated, because this was not the type of car you let just anybody drive. But they could tell I was serious and they trusted me. That made me feel pretty warm and fuzzy. I needed to think about it overnight. The next day Zack was off, so I spoke with the owner. Again, straight shooter! Also a very nice guy. Seemed very trustworthy. Had to make up my mind, so decided to go with it. Came back and finalized with Zack, which went very smoothly and quickly. Car was washed AND filled with gas! Makes a person change their mind about any hesitation about a smaller dealer. After experiences like this, I prefer them more. More personal. At least this dealer was. So a big thanks to them for helping to make this happen!”
