Ordered a 20' fiberglass Louisville extension ladder - my bad, too short. Phone call to Black Bear - arrange for return/upgrade to 24' Lousiville. No re-stocking fee - charged the difference between the two ladders and a delivery fee. Unbelievably reasonable!!! I wrapped the 20' ladder in tarp to protect it from rain/weather until it could be returned. Delivery of 24 footer today - absolutely perfect!!As for prices ? I shopped and shopped - Black Bear prices were lower, period! I could not find a step - ladder with a paint tray - IF, there was a gripe, that would be it. Let me be clear - no gripes - could not be more pleased. Thank you. Excellent experience!!

The website was a bit outdated but once I found how to navigate it (click 3 horizontal bars top right for options) the prices and selection were great! I ordered a 24' staging plank and 2 ladder Jack's and they got delivered to my doorstep in less than 24 hours. The delivery driver was really friendly and helped me carry my new plank out back. I'll definitely be ordering more planks and ladders from them in the future.

A great company to deal with! Prices were better than elsewhere and the delivery to my home (120 miles) was a nominal $10. I had a small problem with one item and they returned with a new replacement the next day. You can't beat that!

Nice to deal with a company that cares and makes an effort. Ordered on a Tuesday morning and was delivered Wednesday morning to midcoast Maine. Even called to make sure I had what I needed and where to put it when the truck delivered the scaffolding.

Almost unbelievable if you are a contractor from Massachusetts. If you are used to the attitude and prices from Lynn Ladder, Black Bear will be refreshing. Not only did they help me dial in my equipment without being condescending, they saved me money in the process. They prevented me from buying more than I needed- that's rare. The fixed price for delivery to northeastern Massachusetts is an amazing deal. Delivery was incredibly prompt and they called me the night before to confirm delivery. The fact that they have all their pricing on line is very helpful when trying to estimate a project. They don't do that "call for pricing" nonsense. What a great place!
