I had been going to this store since 2007 and I won't ever go back. Last summer I went in to get a new phone activated, he told me I had the wrong phone and it could not be activated. He was very rude about it and refused to help me further. I ended up sitting out in the parking lot on the phone with corporate who activated my phone no problem. The guy in the store was scanning the wrong number. I left with my new phone activated and a bad taste from the store owners poor customer service!

They would be a good company if they could get their act together!! Customer service needs help, and they need to take care of customers better they need a 24 hour Customer service because things happen at all times, not only business hours !! It's not logical to think you can have a "9-5" customer service line !! The company needs work!!

The worst cell service anyone in Central Maine has had. The service was good when US cellular used more towers last winter. They are no longer paying to use them. When you talk to them they lie about towers that are being built right now.

Went in to upgrade a phone and when I went in the workers were arguing with someone that needed help, 1 guy was leaving 1 customer to argue with another rather than help. Were giving attitudes and then refused to help me with my upgrade because it was 4:32 and they said they don't do it after 4:30 even though I had been there for 10 mins already. Lazy and rude.

There was no one at the store on Friday 11/25 to help me with my phone or service very disappointed in the management at the Lincoln location needs better associates.

Unsure if this location is still open. Website hours are listed as 9-5 Monday-Friday and have not seen anyone in the store all week, word around town is they are also also closed on Wednesday's? No one answers the phone and you can't leave a message because the voice mail is not set up? Bad look for US Cellular and VERY poor customer service. Its Friday 12:10 pm, no one there.......

Made an appointment and showed up a little early. A professional welcoming crew that helped me in 30 minutes get connected to the internet at our camp. Now our son can remotely attend class!! Thank you for all your good work! Strongly suggest this branch, make an appointment as they are in huge demand!

For a big chain they are well run and friendly retail store. Had some issues with a phone and they able help me and was very nice about it. Would recommend this store to any one shopping for a new phone.
