BEWARE after trying this agency 3 times in the last 5 years. They have not changed at all, poor communication by staff. Don't return calls and change schedules at their own whim because they have the right to they ( agency ) say. Constantly have excuses ( all diferent reasons for same occurrence ). Just new clients and new careworkes BEWARE.

Terrible service. This company leaves my mother alone with no shows and call outs constantly. Terrible on call staff and H.R. as well. Very unprofessional. Will be calling DHHS for formal complaints

My experience is from Kittery ME. Being an unpaid caregiver for a family member I think the reviews speak for themselves. I've been doing this for more than a dozen years and if I could get paid to do it I would. It's very rewarding. Just not for me, lol. ?

Maine Home Care out of Lincoln Maine is an outstanding company and service! They provided dependable, competent employees to take care of our parents who were in failing health and in need of care at home. They provided 24hr care for several months, not once missing coverage. The caretakers were polite, kind, trustworthy and always willing to do extra whenever asked. The office staff was also very easy to talk to and very helpful whenever we had questions. I would highly recommend this service! 5 stars!

I absolutely love working for this company. Myself and my clients can call and Jessica and Nikki at anytime and they are so friendly and helpful with any problems. As an employee this company gives me a huge sense of comfort, compassion along with professionalism.

I've only been with this company for about a month and a half, but I've never felt more appreciated in a job. The office staff is incredible. They're always ready to help and do everything they can to accommodate both their employees and their clientele. And the clients, they're all wonderful people and knowing that I'm making a difference in their daily lives makes me want to push harder to be there and help them as best I can. I'm so happy they took a chance with me and offered me training to do my very best.

I have worked with clients in their homes for over 4 years now and with this company for almost three months. I didn't realize what I was missing until I started working here. They make you feel like you're part of their family. When I call needing supplies or I just have a question Jessica is so great and cheerful and if I need to leave an update on my client Elisa is always there and if I have to leave a message she always gets back to me promptly. I also love the feeling of being able to help my clients with tasks they can no longer do on their own. I recommend them to both potential employees and clients.

I’ve only been working for In Home Care for about a week now, and I didn’t think I could love a job so much. The office staff is always so helpful with any questions I have and they’re very informative about new clients. The clients are always so sweet and welcoming as well! I have been working with in home care for over 6 months now and I love my company. The office staff is always so willing to help and make you feel welcomed. My clients also have been amazing. I feel so welcomed in their home and they ask how I’m doing and make sure I’m ok. I would highly recommend working for them

I’ve been with in home care for over a year and I absolutely love it. All of the girls in the office are amazing to work with. Elisa is always there when I have an issue or just need to give an update about a client. All of the clients I have worked with are super sweet and kind.
