Had to get a drug test, drive 45 minutes to get there in snow on Friday, an hour and a half before closing, dated it for Friday while waiting to get seen. "We don't do drug tests this late in the day" Whatever. Drive 45 minutes home in the dark and snow. They're closed Monday for New Years. Whatever. Drive 45 minutes there, "We can't accept this form because it has the incorrect date, and we can't give you another form" I lost the best job opportunity I'll see in years. Because they were too lazy to see me Friday. There's no warning that they would do that.

I had to move from.Medway yo here because my PCP moved to hospice care. I can't see male doctors due to trauma and mental health so I asked to have a female when they switch my PCP. Twice now they have scheduled me with a male. They have no consideration for patients and don't keep records apparently.Customer service is awful.Last year when I went to have my CA125 blood serum test done before going to Northern Lights I had to leave cause they left me waiting in the lobby for 2 hours and then closed ?It is the most unprofessional place I have ever been.I genuinely regret leaving Massachusetts the health care there was terrific. Thought moving to Maine would be quiet, easy, and nice but it's been an utter nightmare for someone trying to recover from Ovarian Cancer.

Their dental office is alright but their medical practice really isn't. It's definitely gone down hill since Dr. Noah Nesin left. They really ought to find doctors that know what they're talking about and actually care about their patients and we need more doctors around here since it seems none of these ones are ever accepting new patients. Lacie Duhaime and Jessica House should both be replaced as far as I'm concerned. I've heard far too much concerning stuff about each of them from both friends and family members. Let's face it though, the medical system in this country is a failure as a whole. We used to have caring and concerned doctors around here but we no longer do and that's a sad fact.

I've tried getting set up as a new patient since I moved to the area in 2019 and even after having broken tooth I still can't get anyone to see me. I'm limited since I am on Maine Care as a Ovarian Cancer survivor I have not had stable work, so I can't even afford to pay someone has money to take me to Bangor, which seems the closest area that accepts Maine Care and no one seems to be able to help me on this. I know the state plays a role but as the only place nearby that accepts MaineCare Health Access Needs to do betterAs far as PCP I had an amazing one at Medway location who left to work in hospice and when trying to find me another female pcp it was like pulling teeth (which is apparently a lot harder than I thought to have done) to get one either at Medway or Lincoln locationThe while system is infuriating and they don't seem to really care for their patients and their restrictions or limitations.I wish I hadn't moved here from Massachusetts, but now I understand why so many people have poor dental hygiene in Maine Nd it's not their fault but instead the system and the state. Trying to have your needs tended to is a nightmare.

Allicin who works in Dr. Adams office at Health Access Network in Lincoln, ME has been so wonderful. Calling Neurosurgery and bugging them until we got answers. I tried to talk to Northern Light Neurosurgery about an appointment for me to no avail. But Allicin got through and kept getting more and more information calling time and time again and did not stop. She is a wonderful caring person who goes above and beyond the call of duty.

The past 3 times I've been to this healthcare facility they have let me down the first time I went to see my primary and discuss my reproductive problems his exact words were "let's ask the experts" whipped out his phone and googled what to do for PCOS, how to diagnose it then continued to run tests on me based off of what Google told him. He also stated that I didn't look like the "type of woman that would have PCOS" After this nothing ever came up. I had an ultrasound and once the results came back nothing happened. The second time I went in for an ear infection they told me there was fluid behind the ear drum and that was the end of that she told me to take sudefed to dry up my nasal passages and here it is almost 3 months later and I'm still struggling with the same ear problems. The third time I'm super sick and pregnant this is my first pregnancy and just wanted some clear answers to make sure I don't have an infection brewing. They told me to come into walk in care but to stay in my car and call in to the front desk I was sent to voicemail 4 times left a message and I still haven't heard back it's been 4 hours. I don't know what they want me to do so I did what they do best googled what I could take called my obgyn out of Bangor cleared the medication and now I'm home. thank you for wasting my time and gas. We need a new walk in clinic in Lincoln.

I went in with Jaw pain. Guy who saw me said he had no idea in the first two minutes he didn’t see my tongue was swollen and just gave up. He then spent the next ten minutes trying to convince me that i should have him be my primary doctor. His next statement (Probably the scariest) was that he would google my symptoms and see if he could find what it maybe. He said he might refer me for a cat scan and sent me on my way with no answers and to figure out what I had myself. My family called back trying to find out why nothing was done and he said he put a rush order in for A CT scan. Waited a day and called back to find out he lied and put a routine order in. They weren’t going to see me for weeks. We managed to talk them down (Not me cause of my jaw pain I couldn’t speak) to Monday three days. We called the supervisor who said they didn’t know why blood wasn’t taken or why he just saw me for 15 minutes and it was mostly spent on him trying to win me over. On that Monday my left side went paralyzed and I was checked into the ER. One week later I saw my regular doctor who prescribed me medicine to narrow down what it might be. I find out the liar who I saw decided to write me a prescription and send it to Hannaford without telling me. They then sent me a bill and when I called them to talk about the bill, they didn’t answer me for months. I saw them in April and just spoke to them yesterday and it’s July. I’m still waiting on a supervisor to call me because I am not happy with whoever I saw. 100 out of 10 would recommend you finding a new and different place to get medicinal attention.

This place is garbage. Went in for tooth pain(just some antibiotics for the infection), and a pain ive been dealing with in my side along with some other symptoms(resembling acute liver failure) and was told i can only be seen for one problem and shuttled out as quick as possible. Wouldnt even hear out a quick question i had about my other symptoms. Idk how they call themselves doctors when they cant even follow the oath they take and help a sick person. I work close to 60 hours a week and only had time at the end of the week to get attention for the way ive been feeling.Wasnt even as if the place was busy. Your doctors should really have a higher standard to help people! Dennis(wont even call him a doctor) is a joke and could obviously care less about a person. Cut me off mid sentence asking a question and said i couldnt even ask about the way i was feeling."The Hippocratic Oath is an oath of ethics historically taken by physicians. It is one of the most widely known of Greek medical texts. In its original form, it requires a new physician to swear, by a number of healing gods, to uphold specific ethical standards." Maybe you should follow it and not just do what you do for a paycheck!

Once you get established with one physician, they leave. Also overworked -they are overseeing to many patients which is also losing the quality of care.
