I won't go anywhere else for service on my car. Prices are fair and reasonable, they keep you up to date on the progress. The staff is amazing to talk to and how they explain issues. It's hard to find in an auto shop that's good to their customers.

Fair prices, honest work and wholeheartedly reliable. I highly recommend Chad's Auto. They tell it like it is, but they don't push customers to perform work that doesn't make sense for the long-term needs of the vehicle. They take care of their customers.

Chad's is amazing! I found my go to garage to bring all my cars. He fixed up my Escalade when it broke down, got it in and had it all fixed the following day. Something broke on it and he was able to get it right in and fixed it the day it got brought him. And hes checking out another couple vehicles I have too. I highly recommend going here. If you want an honest and reliable mechanic this is your place. I won't be going to anyone else!!

Chad's is out of the way, in a small rural town, on a dirt road, in the woods.That's the only bad thing you could say about this place. The techs are top notch, the pricing is fair, and no one will ever try to overcharge you, or upsell you on parts of service you don't need. I have used Chads for 12 years, and don't plan on ever changing that. I often see discounts applied to my balance just for being a regular customer. I've tried service centers all over Maine, but not since I discovered Chad's.
