Three times in the same week package not delivered. First one they marked residence request package to be held it was a small box that maybe weighed 2 pounds, second time they left me a notice saying it's heavy the package was 32 pounds and i had to go get it which wasnt that big of a deal to me. Third time the notice was they attempted but the mailbox is full when it's a package that weighs 35 pounds. I called the post office to be told the driver has back issues. I'm sorry but if you have back issues and can't lift 30 pounds then you shouldn't be working in the postal service as a carrier.

Always receiving someone else’s mail and not receiving mine. I was expecting a package yesterday, it was delivered but not to ME! Come on, please try to do better! This keeps happening!

WORST POST OFFICE! Never order anything important cause it’s a mystery on whether or not you’ll get it. In the short span of 5 months since I have lived here my orders have gone missing, not delivered, or delivered to wrong address. When we go to pick up our orders from the post office because god forbid they actually deliver something to us, they don’t know where it is and just say to wait and hopefully it will show up. Poor excuse! People have important mail that needs to be delivered to them! Not just Amazon packages, but also bills and important documents that can affect us if not delivered on time or at all! Thank god I don’t have to put up with this ignorance for much longer and can move soon. I’m sorry for everyone else who has to experience this!

Limerick post office has the most incompetent people I've ever seen. We had a package that was delivered to the post office yesterday. This is an Amazon package. It's something that is very much needed right now. I called Amazon and of course they said it would be delivered today. You can't call the local post office because they don't have an answering machine. A package that was shipped after this one was delivered. The one that's been sitting at the post office since yesterday they don't deliver. How is it that the post office hires such lazy slow people? I have no idea.
If you bring things to the PO directly then you're basically all set. If you're waiting for packages you may want to pick them up there instead. We've had several several occasions where it says inaccessible or some other lame reason because they didn't get it to you before they deemed their day was over. I'm sorry, I did this job before....yes it can be laborious, yes the days can be long, hot, cold, stormy or whatever.....BUT you chose your career and you're getting paid very well to do it. Stay out until the days mail has been distributed to all customers. Don't slack off so you can't do the job youre getting paid to do. The tax payers/ your customers are the ones paying you to do the job.
Also, if someone pays to have a certified letter sent, make sure that person signs for it, also you don't give them the return receipt to the recipient, you get it back to the person who sent it. I'm not sure where the training came from but clearly it wasn't enough. Also, some of the employees are rude. When you don't get a thank you, or sorry for a mess up there's a problem. You're talked over when trying to talk. Very frustrating. We had a package delivered that the box was open and the heavier item that was supposed to be in there wasn't. The deliverer was sitting in his truck in front of me and I said somethings missing. The driver says "it wasn't us, I don't know what happened to it." Shouldn't something be done to try and correct the issue right then and there?
The incompetence of these people is ridiculous and I hope soon something is done to hold these people accountable.

Like this location's full-day hours as opposed to other local post offices with lunchtime closure. I have informed delivery and have never had a piece of mail missing; I have a po box and things are smooth as pie.; cannot comment on mail delivery as it does not apply. Staff at this location is friendly and efficient.

They've lost more packages than delivered. When you find the phone number for the actual post pffice you're met with ATTITUDE. DO YOUR JOB!! Can't help but wonder where all my jewelry packages have been ending up bit one can ASSUME.

The posted hours state the post office opens at 8AM however, this morning when my husband tried to pick up a package that I received notification "Delivery attempted but failed" at 7:44 AM (LIES), the doors were locked. There was another gentleman outside waiting as well stated this was the second time this week.

Does it make you feel bad going to sleep at night knowing full well that you are both physically and mentally incompetent at your job? Or that fact that for some reason not once not twice but three times now in that span of a month I have gotten mail addressed to someone that doesn’t live at my address and theirs is clearly printed on the parcel…… you know the little clear plastic area on the envelope so you can see who it is for. Please do your job right it’s what you get paid for.

If I could rate them 0 stars I would. Multiple packages have been been lost by this mail carrier. Getting a PO box in North Waterboro to lessen the headache of ever dealing with this post office again.

I live in a household where there's always someone home. Multiole times in the past 6 months the mail carrier has claimed she couldn't deliver due to it being unaccessible but really it's she doesn't want to take the extra 2 minutes to pull in so we can get our packages. Last week we had 2 packages coming and she delivered 1 and my husband asked her about the other and she said she left it at the post office! I'm sick of her stating she couldn't deliver for some reason when it's pure laziness. I waited all day yesterday for a package and she delivered our mail and then posted it as undeliverable because our home was unaccessible! She also leaves other people's mail with us multiple times a week.
