Made an appointment with this vet three months ago to start my two goats with them as clients. Was told at the time that they were accepting new patients and my appointment was good to go. Approximately one month ago was called to ask what vaccinations they have received if any and was not informed of any changes or issues with my being a client and was advised that my appointment was still good. Got a missed call yesterday and called them back today. The receptionist asked me again about the vaccinations which I gave her the updated info on and then she told me to hold because even though I had a scheduled appointment for three months, they will no longer be taking me on as a client because of some issue internally that has nothing to do with me. When I POLITELY, no Karen behavior because I've worked customer service and know it's disrespectful, tried to discuss it with her because this is bad business practice, she just hung up on me. Would not recommend this unprofessional vet practice to anyone because God forbid your pet has an issue, if they just arbitrarily cancel you as a client for no reason, what's to stop them from cancelling you when your pet is in an emergency situation.

Dr. Kincaid and Dr. Wormwood are two of the most wonderful vets I have dealt with. They are professional, thorough, and caring. But not just these two, everyone at the LMAH is a pleasure to deal with and are always compassionate with my 4 dogs. I never get pressured into anything like I have experienced at other Veterinarian offices, and am always given options. I trust everyone here whole heartedly and would recommend this office to anyone with a fur babe.

Dr. Kincaid has been SO helpful and kind while helping my sick goat. She seems to genuinely care about the well being of my animal! The staff is extremely friendly as well and they’re very good at communicating and calling to check in on your pet

Very competent professionals! I was privileged with a personal tour of the facility and was impressed by the detail of care provided for the animals. The passion and commitment was obvious among all who worked there, from what I witnessed! Keep up the great work!

If I could give negative reviews I would. The office manager here is horrific. Bye second dealing with her and she is defensive rude and argumentative...this time I as d*** enough to let them drag my dog in for an office exam and charge me for it without any discussion with the vet to have this woman come outside to argue with me....Horrible experience and wouldn't recommend taking any animal here as long as she is employed.

They did amazing with my cat shadow for her ears. A while ago I brought her to the vet hospital in Scarborough for infect exploding out of her ears they said it was normal and sent her home. Limerick mills cleaned her ears found she had a yeast infection sent her home with stuff to clean her ears and medicine for the infection. From being in pain for not getting diagnosed right she would bite everyone and hate being pet now that she has been treated she loves to be pet and rearly bites anyone thank you for helping my cat got more animals to come.

I have taken my furry loves to the Limerick Animal Clinic since 2003. They Know not only what they are doing but their support for owner and puppy is warm and so supportive, especially at the end of the four legged lives and I had many experiences in that area. I thank you Sarah and all of you for being so understanding of my love for these little and big beasts.

I figured I would use Limerick Mills Animal hospital as it was closer than my usual vet. The actual vet. was nice and professional however the prices and nickle and dime fees were ridiculous . I was quoted 60 on the phone for the check up, by the time I left the price was 128...and i got a even more ridiculous quote range for a surgery to remove a bump or cyste of 1200. I can't help but think greed is fueling their business...some times small town businesses are not the way to go. Very dissatisfied.

All of the people at Limerick Mills its like going to a family's house to get care for your fur babies. They are very caring compassionate people that not only take care our babies but really care about them. We have used them for about 12 years now and we would not take our pets anywhere else. I cannot say enough good things about them.

I would like to say that Dr. Wormwood and the staff here are simply fantastic. They are compassionate,friendly, and always there for you. We recently went through a very hard time with our lab Duke. Their compassion and sincere concern was beyond compare. I have never felt so welcome and respected like both my wife and I felt. Thank you so very much for all that you do. If you are looking for that special place..look no further. Thank you Dr. Wormwood and the entire staff for all you do and please continue laughing at me when I try to get Champ inside and of couse Diesel

I am beyond pleased with the staff with how they have been so helpful when my Brylee was befriended by a porcupine. We thought we had gotten all of the quills out however we were wrong. I brought her to Limerick Mills where they took amazing care of her while doing a minor procedure on her paw to remove quills then to last minute needing to perform surgery to remove more quills from her nose (which came about unexpectedly a month later). I highly recommend bringing your beloved furbaby to them for amazing love and care! They care about your babies as if they were their own.
