I brought in an old pc that wouldn't even boot up, Rich was on the phone but we had already talked about it earlier and he said he would stay open till I got back and take look at it for #free...well ya all know me.. #FreeHelp is what I'm all about. So..He snapped the thing apart and cleaned it up as he talked to the other customer.By the time he got off the phone it was hooked up and working!Thanks again Rich..Great place!Great guy!

Today started with a total disaster! The server at my Hardware Store was stuck! I asked my Facebook Friends who they recommended and Ferguson Technologies was suggested by a few. I brought my server to them and they were able to salvage the files I needed to get my store up and running. I couldn't be happier with the less than 1 day turn around. They kept me posted on the situation and even stayed after hours for me to pick up my files. Not to mention the total cost! Blown away at how little crisis management cost me! I can't thank them enough.

Awhile ago I had power charge port on my laptop broken and he was able to replace it and transfer all my data from and old Pc to the now fixed laptop.Been a couple years and still working great!
