I was staggered when I got the bill for my oil change. My VIP station used "the best" without asking, doubling the price I expected to pay for a standard oil change. I am retired, on a fixed income, so this hurts. Staff should be sure of what the customer wants before automatically going for the highest price.
Since then, however, the district manager called to apologize and offered to make it right. I am very impressed that VIP cared enough to follow up on my comment and correct procedural issues. This makes me want to go back to them, and I will recommend them to others.

Just replaced my tires and a wheel bearing. Was able to get in quickly for an appointment. The waiting room is pretty nice compared to most shops and I was able to set up my laptop and work while I waited. Great communication and prices.

Have been bringing my vehicles here for years and have never been disappointed. A great place for routine maintenance. The salesmen and mechanics have all been professional and honest in what I need or don't need. Recently had a simple procedure completed on my air filters and lights but it was important since if I had done it being unaware of how easily it is to mess up the bulb seal. It may have cost me more. My whole family as well as friends use VIP and have been happy with their service each time.

Made an appointment online for a flat repair after hours. I like that I was able to do this and not wait until the next day to see if they could take me. I had two punctures, so I had to replace my tire. Replaced all four due to the fact they were different brands and tread patterns.
The manager Lisa was very friendly and courteous even while multi-tasking.
Love that they had a clean waiting area with tv, complimentary water, coffee and Wi-Fi.

Had a flat tire on my truck Friday Nite. …. Called them Saturday they had the tire in stock and could put it on Sunday @ Noon. Tires were only a few months old and were put on at their Gorham Store …..The tire sidewall was ruined so I was expecting a $300 bill for a new one. Well Thank God i bought their tire package. New tire mounted balanced on the truck and they put my spare back under truck for me for $79. I highly recommend their tire package. And all the folks at this location were awesome. Thats make 3 great experiences at 2 different locations. Well Done too all. 10 Stars
Well once again 8/14/24. This VIP location saved us….Wife got a flat tire last nite @3:30 pm. Tire replaced and back on the road by 8:15 am this morning!!!!! Roland your the best man. Thanks for helping my wife out of a bind. 10 Stars !!!!!!
