Weeks after closing my PO Box I'm notified that they are refusing to forward my mail. And don't know how to fix it.
Good job tampering with the mail. Hey wait, isn't that a crime.

The door in the websites is there open till five I just drove all the way here it's 408 And it's all closed up Why does the sign say 5 if you're going to close at 4 what the hell Never again will I come here

Love the people and service at this post office; friendly & helpful!Could due without the intermittent closures:/ Apparently it’s not their fault; not enough workers to serve both post offices in Lewiston.

Highly unimpressed with a place funded by tax dollars that disposes of your package without giving a reason why or refunding you or allowing you to file a claim. It’s going to be UPS/FedEx in the future for me.

I've tried to mail a package for the last couple of days. First day, I go in they are closed before 5 even though someone was just sitting in the office. (He lipped we're closed.) Second day they weren't mailing out any packages that had to weighed and labeled. Overall, I can understand being short staffed but when I see the present staff just sitting around, that's a problem. Go to the downtown office even though you'll wait at least 10 mins to ensure you get your needs met.

We had some things that needed to be shipped from Maine to the Midwest. Our friend dropped it off at this location, and Dan packed it up and mailed it. I wish I had taken a picture of the inside of the box before I took everything out. This was the best packing job I have ever seen. Fast, with smalll-town care and consideration. Highly, highly recommend. Thanks for the great job!

Won’t track my package bc I didn’t accept receipt. So now have no clue where it it and if it’s gonna be on time. I live in a sketchy neighborhood so I do not want to leave it on my porch for I have had several others stolen from me.
