Their site listed an item as in stock. It was not, and most of the racks on the wall in this aisle were empty. A gentleman who assisted said it was a busy time of the year for trailer parts.
It seemed to me the racks had not been restocked for months. I drove 45 miles to and from the Oxford store and found the racks there were full.
Their pre-scripted answer directs me to call their customer service line, which only puts the caller in cue "due to call volume," which is #@&$. I'll skip the Lewiston, Maine store until I learn they've addressed their supply/stocking issues.
You want "to assist with " my concerns? Stock your store, and correct the surly sales person.

My wife and my self had such a bad experience with Jim at the lewiston store, he was rude and very unhelpful! We have been customers since that branch started. And we use to shop there daily! We will not return!!!!!

I’ve been a customer of tractor supply for many years and am always met with kindness and help when I go in. Tonight I went in and made the mistake of asking Jim a question about where I could find an item. I was met with an extremely rude, disrespectful response and attitude from him. I couldn’t help but notice when writing this review that someone else had also had a bad experience with him 9 months ago. It is unfortunate that his poor behavior has not been corrected. I left without purchasing anything and will not be returning anytime soon.

tractor supply lost a loyal customer I spend a few hundred dollars on propane every few weeks today I was sitting in the parking lot and their plow guy not only almost hit me, but dumped snow on my car and laid on his horn, then proceeded to drive recklessly with his front wheels not even touching the ground when I asked to speak to a manager, Maggie the GSL told me I have to call the manager tomorrow. and did not speak to this individual about the situation This is unprofessional and dangerous and nothing was done about. It. Also was waiting for almost 30 minutes for propane do not recommend.

We purchase our dog food here, the staff is always helpful and they have flowers, garden, tools, you name it they seem to have quite of bit of housing items to care for your home and garden, ans many other things around the house as well.

Always enjoy going here . It has lots of pet supplies for my guinea pigs too! The young man today was very sweet . He has lots of bunnies. He is kind speaks to customers and good worker to have bc of his friendliness and that is very important to me when shopping. It has a huge variety of other things as well. Very clean and organized store. I like that too! Some prices are high too me r average but overall not bad. Not sure if sales but be cool if did. I highly recommend!

One of the employees here, Maddie, provides fantastic customer service. She helped me when I initially visited the Lewiston store for equine supplies and Maddie remembered me as a customer when I came in for more of the same supplies. She called several stores on my behalf and is very friendly and happy to help in any way she can.

Picked up a 8ft stock tank today 7/1. Caleb and Henry were both exceptionally helpful and friendly. The young woman at the cash register was great as well we just didn’t catch her name but I heard her say she had only been there a few weeks. Five stars for all three of them.

The young man at the register that was helping me with my return was doing an excellent job at completing the transaction going above and beyond in my opinion and being very kind and respectful. Then Jim had to come in for the clearance for the return and he was very disrespectful to the employee. His aragance was a bit overwhelming and distasteful as he was saying belittling things that very clearly made the employee feel less than worthy. The employee again was doing a great job. The second time Jim had to come into it was worse as he vocally discredited the young mans ability to complete the transaction, acting so arrogant... I could see that the young man was embarrassed by this treatment. No employee should have to be subject to this type of treatment. Punitive measures should be taken on this mans behavior. This young employee has helped me many times and I feel terrible for not remembering his name but he has always been kind, respectful and efficient and I look forward to having him help me in the future as he is always super nice and helpful. Great service on his part yet horrible treatment from his boss. I hope to never have to deal with this Jim "gentleman" again, or see the staff have to deal with him again.
