I've bought 2 Cara from this dealership many years ago and had a great experience. So I was excited to go shopping for my son here. We pulled in and the salesman went and sat in a car on the lot totally ignoring us. We tried to open the door to the showroom and it was locked with 3 hours left before closing so we left. I decided to call to double check and the person was rude on the phone saying the door wasn't locked. I asked him the price of the vehicle I was interested in and he told me and I said thank you very much. He asked what I was looking to spend and I told him and he rudely replied with "ya you'll never find anything" first of all a salesman should never say that, he didn't have ant idea what I actually had to spend or what I was looking for. ZERO stars for you and you lost a returning customer who owns 2 businesses of my own and will spread the word never to use you guys. Thanks for poor service and a bad attitude.

This place deserves more than 5 stars. The staff is so nice,easy to work with and honest. They go above and beyond making a car purchase enjoyable. They take very good care of all the vehicles. The next time I need to purchase a used car you will find me here.

I was there yesterday great customer service I got a car from there no issues at all I suggest for everyone to come here I took 5 days to get a car no luck at all until I CAME HERE no one will help us went to 10 different dealerships and no one was willing to help us until I came here I highly suggest it

I was impressed by their prices, Professionalism and commitment to their customers they helped me with everything from selection to financing. I can't say enough good things about them !If didn't buy from thrifty's then you probably paid too much !
