We recently brought a Kenmore upright to the Vac Shak because it wasn't cleaning as it used to. They found the problem, fixed it, and charged a reasonable small fee. Now it works great and the Vac Shak saved us many hundreds that we would have paid for a new vacuum. They are very knowledgeable and we are lucky to have them in the community.

Friendly and easy to deal with. So glad to have these folks around. They actually had the part I needed to fix my 20 year old Sebo and didn't charge all outdoors for it. If you are looking for a good vacuum that will last and/or a place that can and will service one that needs work - this is the place!

Not very helpful. Didn't call with a repair estimate, had to call them. Was going to be overcharged. Looked up the part, just over $100, but was told the total repair cost was going to be over $300. Took it home and repaired it myself. They were very quick to try to sell me something new.

Brought in my 10+ yr old vacuum because one of the attachments was stuck on and it needed a good cleaning/tune up and I swear it works better now than it did when it was brand new. Great work and great customer service! Highly recommend
