Great autobody work completed on my Chevy Equinox! You’d never know it had been broadsided! They were so very accommodating to me: picked up my car and had an estimate for the insurance company the very next day. They got the information to the insurance company and communicated with me frequently through email and phone calls. They had delays with deliveries of parts but they definitely had the car fixed long before the 6 months I would have waited with the bigger companies. Very reliable! I’m totally satisfied with the results and I can’t say enough about this auto body shop! I highly recommend them!

Drove over my lawn and caused property damage. I didn't hire him, he was next door and my lawn was a shortcut to the street for him. Told me he did it and was sorry. Later, my GF called to ask if he'd make it right by paying the bill for a loam delivery to repair the lawn. He got angry and yelled at her, was rude, and hung up. If I am able to get him to do the right thing, I'll change my review, but in the meantime, the fact that he thinks a homeowner should foot the bill to repair damage he caused should be known by potential customers. 1-star, would not have my lawn under his wheels again.

I wish I could give this zero stars they are con artist. They will set a standard rate and because the wind blew from the east instead of the west or because mercury is in retrograde they will charge you extra. Please use any of the others in the surrounding area and save yourself from losing brain cells dealing with them.

This Rick's auto body is a crooked company. He changed my insurance way to much. He didn't provide any parts for job because I did. He changed $5000 for paint job. The color did not match rest of truck. Please do not go to this business
