This is for those who bring their own parts (rotors, pads, calipers)Make sure you have the correct mm size for rotors. Going off VIN or nappa alone won't suffice, you need to measure the rotors.I took my car there and had the wrong parts. They wanted a big chunk of money for rear brake job and I opted out.The owner wasn’t too happy but was very civil and helpful.I called back the next day to ask if rotors size was measured, and they were not. However, the owner seemed very confident in the sizing for my vehicle.I took my car someplace else to avoid the stress and prevent wasting their time (busy shop).I'm hoping for the best.Let this be a lesson for anyone else, make sure rotors are measured correctly and atleast pay them for the half hour of labor needed to take off the wheel. Then, right down that size and don't forget!

I have all repairs in this shop and I was leaving my car their until they call me for pick up almost 2years. But recently I went to change brakes and put AC . I found that they changed drive side after taking the car. When I reached home the car was very hot when I turned back and we argued. They call one of their mechanics he cleaned all the right but I said I need safe car. Their mechanics tested and car was going to get ?. They put water before using 50/50 antifreeze in my eyes which resulted to change the antifreezing system.

Hi went to rda for the first time today to have two wheel bearings, fix my exhust and to put a new blower motor to prep up for winter. All for a nissian sentra 2012 2.0, front side. Well they got the wheel bearings, and the exhaust but not anything else, which is fine I get it. Takes time to fix a blower motor. BUTT WHAT REALLY GROUND MY GEARS. Is the fact they broke my abs sensor while taking one of my front wheels off. IN MOST SHOPS THAT ARE INSURED, ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE DURING REPAIR IS COVERED BY THE SHOPS INSURANCE OBVIOUSLY NOT AT RDA. SO I WAS CHARGED FOR APART THAT WAS I. WORKIN G ORDER AND WAS BROKEN IN THEIR SHOP. WONT BE GOING NOR SUGGESTING THIS SHOP TO ANY ONE, FROM A 210 DOLLER JOB, SINCE I FURNISHED MY OWN PARTS TO 441?? YEAH NO.
