Excellent customer service and direction in having a specially cut mirror done to replace one for an antique hallway tree. The work was done expertly, fast, and delivered packaged and protected very well. Thank You PG! ????

Dropped a clean car off to, replace a windshield that had a small crack. They left broken pieces of glass all over the front seats and in the air vents of the brand new 2023 rogue , and cup holders spoke to the Manager Kathy and she didn’t seem to care whatsoever. They sent someone who had no idea what they were doing to go look at it, and I pointed out clearly where you can see all the broken glass and asked if they cover up the vents and he said no… I asked the manager about there Sop (Safety Operating Produce) and she looked at me cluelessly. I paid over 1k for a new windshield, there shouldn’t be any broken glass bits anywhere in the car period. They barely vacuumed well after I left and brought it up to their attention, now my skin is all itchy and irritated from the broken glass and dust particles they left all in the vents and front seats they never put back stickers correctly either. It is a bug safety issue and Lawsuit waiting to happen, no longer bring any more of my fleet vehicles here.
They took my name and number down to give to higher up management and still haven’t heard back, so I imagine she through just threw that info out as I figured they would do… extremely disappointed and annoyed about this whole transactions, you guys are quick to take people’s money but cut corners on performing a service.. Will not be recommending this place to anyone and will warn people about these issues if anything!

Even though my windshield installation took 2 hours longer than told they still deserve 5 stars. Super friendly staff,comfortable waiting room and a competitive price. Once again they exceeded my expectations. I'll definitely be back if I have other automotive glass issues!!!!

They were able to fit me in for a windshield replacement the next day and worked directly with my insurance agent so that I didn’t have to do anything aside from make the appointment. It couldn’t have been easier - I didn’t even have to take out my wallet.

Had a crack in my windshield they they "fixed". Brought the car back because the crack is still visible and you can feel it on the windshield, it was not fixed properly and they cannot redo the repair but the only offer they give is to replace the whole windshield ($800 because of calibrations..) for $70 off
