1455 Lisbon St, Lewiston“Had a 11am appointment at the Lewiston Maine store showed up a little early the appointment before me was a no show. Trevon and Koree got me right in they went right to work and worked very well as a team. I asked them to check a few things when they had the tires off and they did. They also taught me a few things about some of the wear on the tires. They had all 4 tires changed in less than a hour. It was very refreshing to know how well they know their job and how professional they were thanks guys and great job.”
“I was staggered when I got the bill for my oil change. My VIP station used "the best" without asking, doubling the price I expected to pay for a standard oil change. I am retired, on a fixed income, so this hurts. Staff should be sure of what the customer wants before automatically going for the highest price.
Since then, however, the district manager called to apologize and offered to make it right. I am very impressed that VIP cared enough to follow up on my comment and correct procedural issues. This makes me want to go back to them, and I will recommend them to others.”
