Native Maine'ah did an excellent job installing our pellet stove and we are super happy with the stove and the work. Their scheduling was fast and April communicated with us the entire time. The work was done really well and they left the area clean and ready to go. Nice people, good work, reasonable pricing. I am really glad we went with Native Maine'ah! Highly recommend.

Native Maine'ah did an excellent job in my home setting up my new pellet stove. They worked quickly with no mess, even my dogs liked them. They were very informative and showed me how to operate and maintain it. I highly recommend them to anyone with a pellet stove.

Very professional and extremely knowledgeable. Repaired my pellet stove quickly and efficiently. Its hard to find honest people these days and this company keeps its honest, they don't try and screw you for extra. Also has the parts on hand so no need to wait to order. I will be using this company for any and all of my pellet stove needs. Thank you.

Hired this outfit because they were a local small business. Ted is the main guy. I set an appointment and he arrived on time. Gave my stove its first professional cleaning since I bought it. When he left I fired up my stove but the blower wouldn't come on.Obviously I thought the cleaning guy was responsible. I called him back and told him it wasn't working. He came right back and gave it a look over. Ran some tests and surmised that one of the sensors controlling the fan wasn't working properly. He said it probably blew when we turned it back on (it is 16 years old). He ordered the new part and came back a few days later and fixed it.I offered three times to pay for his part and labor--since it was a fluke and not his fault--and he refused. He said he wanted his customers happy and this was a minor inconvenience. Ted was:--very friendly--punctual--attentive--knowledgeable--has my stove working much more efficiently than beforeIf I have trouble with my pellet stove in the future? I'll be calling him.

I cannot stress enough just how fantastic we think these folks are. I'm sitting in front of my brandy new stove as I write this and could not be happier.Father and son installation team were knowledgeable, professional and all around salt of the earth people. They took the time during installation to explain all the features and offered helpful advice. I highly recommend Native Maine'ah and plan to use them for any future maintenance or service I need. Although they are based in Lewiston, they service the Greater Portland area too. Call them!

Arrived early, educated us about our stove, and ultimately saved us $1000s. Glad we got a second opinion over listening to what Buy the Fire told us. Pellet stove runs like new now and only charged us a service fee.

Ted came out to my place and did a great job servicing my pellet stove and giving it a good cleaning. He told me, "you'll never see me again". He took the time to teach me how to properly care and maintain my unit and I really appreciated that. Super friendly, scheduling was never a problem. If I ever have an issue again that I feel I can't handle on my own, they will be the first people I call everytime. Thanks again guys!

Ted is a wealth of knowledge! He knows how things should be put together and when it isn't right he makes it right. He takes the time to tell you what his plan is and how you can help yourself in the future. I am confident going into this winter now that he has been by and serviced my stoves.

Ted drove more than 2 hours to service my Pellet Furnace. Ted showed up on time, had a stellar personality and attitude, and exceeded my expectations in every way.I could not have been happier with his service and I would recommend that ANYONE with a Pellet Stove to give him a call for servicing and advice.

On Sunday, I jammed the auger in my pellet stove and by Monday afternoon, Ted had fixed it. In addition to prompt and friendly service, Ted was generous with his time and extensive knowledge, teaching me all about my pellet stove. As a first time pellet stove owner, I am really grateful for that! I look forward to hiring Ted in the future should I have any more issues with my stove. Thanks, Ted!
