She is a shining example of great customer service—friendly, accommodating, empathetic—and she followed up exactly as promised. She even quoted me almost $200 less than the other company. “J & S Transportation is the absolute best!!! Without their help, Our sister wouldn't be in her newer home right now! We were having trouble finding a good dependable mobile home mover. She was given Jim's Phone Number. We gave Jim a call, Jim met us there and the process began. WOW! He and his crew do it all! We had the skirting, the decks, and the oil barrel removed. We emptied the water heater and tried to empty the water lines, our nephews air compressor gave up in the middle of that process. Jim and his crew unhooked the water and sewer. Put on needed tires, 10 of them, hooked up the tongue, and moved her home to it's new location. He and his crew worked in totally adverse winter weather to get the home set up and running. It was a hard job because of the weather and there were some repairs needed for the plumbing. The kept coming back and got the home up and running. And told our sister if she had any trouble just give him a call. Our parents, in their 80's came there most days that Jim and his crew were there to meet them.
