Was rough at beginning due to change of ownership. Site is improving but still can be difficult to reach owner and continues to have problems with security gate.

If you rent from Uhaul at L&L storage, 34 Merrill Rd, do not leave your vehicle. Someone tried cutting out the catalytic converter on my vehicle and left the saw blade half way through the pipe. I got a free saw blade out of it though so no worries & insurance will cover the damage. L & L storage reached out after I left a message and we had a great conversation. It's comforting to know they have cameras in place. But I would still avoid leaving your vehicle overnight.

I've had a unit at this place for nearly six years.Having dealt with Sherry ...I don't know who owned it before but I can't believe they let her work there so long.I'm looking forward to dealing the new owners. They've been great on the phone.

Completely disorganized! Terrible uhal dealer. The lady smelled like a beer and theu Told us the equipment that the website recommemded was wrong amd made us take the wrong trailer.. Now im in a parking lot 150 miles from my home. Out 500+ dollars because like i told them my vehicoe is too wide.for the equipment. No answer when i called. Corporate refused to help us DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE CROOKS
