My pet has been a patient there and they refused to see him even though it was an emergency and the emergency clinic was closed. Not the place I used to know. Now it’s not so much about helping pets

Could've been a little bit nicer about an inquiry about my cat, the attitude I received today on the phone was absolutely appalling. No, my cat doesn't have a regular vet. Doesn't mean I needed the woman on the other line to begin to sound rude towards me. I honestly did not want to even call them originally, since last time I brought my other cat there, they neutered him and did a terrible job, over drugged him and didn't stitch him correctly, so calling them was a last ditch effort. I get it, they're probably busy, and I understand they couldn't see my cat today, but to be condescending towards me as a worried pet owner trying to get help was a bit much.

$124 for a Lyme/lepto shot AND and ADDITIONAL $124 for the booster. With no upfront review of the charges. Are you kidding me?! Now you are just getting greedy Lisbon Road. We won’t be back with our fur babies.

I took my cat there, 1000 dollars to pump my dying senior cat full of meds and send her home screaming. Took her home and went to work thinking she just needed rest, came back to her stone cold under the bed, took her to auburn vet, seized in the car for an hour and a half until she was finally put down. Only repayed the fees to put her down. Never go here if you love your pet. They seem nice at first but they just want your money.

I brought my cat there since she was a kitten... what seemed like everytime I would bring her each year or if something didn't seem right with her... I would get snarky comments from staff... basically that I should be a better pet parent... I love my cat and she is very well taken care of care of. It always felt like I was being judged or that no one was good enough for the animals... the only nice one was the vet... Dr. Robitalle and she isn't even there anymore. I had had enough and when I found out she left the practice I left.

I have been bringing my pug to this vet her entire life. She is almost fourteen and even though I have moved an hour away I continue to bring her here for all of her check ups. The staff are always so excited to see her even though she is a diva the moment she walks through the door and expects everyone to pay attention to her. I just had to bring her in for dental work, which was scary for both of us, and the staff couldn’t have been more caring and supportive. My family members bring their pets here and always have. I can’t say enough about the entire team over at Lisbon Road Animal Hospital! Thank you for all you do.

I had one very ill kitty and Dr Robataille did great making sure we were doing all we could and refering her to specialists when needed, and was very compassionate and patient when we had to help her over the rainbow bridge. Because of how sick this one cat was we put our healthy cat's vet visits on the back burner but the staff never showed any judgement when we finally brought him in for overdue shots and Dr. Robataille checked in with us again to make sure we were doing okay after the loss of our first fur baby. Overall a very compassionate and understanding staff where I know my fur babies are well taken care of and cared about

Thank you to all the doctors, techs and the office staff at Lisbon Road Animal Hospital! Wilbur and I are always greeted with a smile… the communication is always first rate and Doctor Simons has been wonderful!

I trust bringing all of my pets to Lisbon Road. The staff is amazing, they are always attentive and kind to my animals. The surgery department is thorough, very informative to their customers, and transparent. Chris is an amazing physical therapist, Colby is the most excited person at front desk with my fur-kids, and Gina is the absolute kindest greeter whenever I call in. 10/10 would recommend.
