We were NOT actively looking for a vehicle when we stumbled upon a gorgeous suburban ltz at Jon's. We called before it was even ready and asked to be the first to look at it. He stated he was having gone through and detailed and wanted to make sure it was ready for any potential buyer.
We immediately fell in love with this vehicle and it was such an easy process. The day I picked it up, the transmission decided to check out. Jon just had this back from the shop where he spent 1500 dollars replacing the torque converter, as recommended by his mechanic, to prevent issues for any buyers. Unfortunately that repair, (as well intentioned as it was) did not fix the issue.
Jon was immediately on it to take care of our issue. He had the transmission replaced for us, out of his own pocket. Between repairs and towing etc etc he has spent over 7000.00 to take care of his customers. When I picked my vehicle from the transmission shop the owner made it a point to track me down and inform me "in all my years of repairing vehicles, I have never seen a used car dealer willingly and without hesitation spend that kind of money to make things right" "usually the response is just patch it up and send them out"
I had a transmission issue with a past vehicle with a local "big name" dealer who dragged their feet and kept pushing things off to find out they used my extended warranty to replace the transmission that let go 45 minutes after I left the lot.
Jon is honest, prompt and has done the absolute right thing by me and my family

BEWARE!!!!!!WORST EXPERIENCE SO FAR WITH A CAR!!!!!
Mid-February I purchased a 2016 Nissan Rogue from Jon, who was all sorts of nice and acted like this car was a blessing for me.
15 days after purchasing the Rogue, the transmission went.
Jon reluctantly fixed the transmission which took close to 30 days to complete. He also had replaced the rear brakes as a favor for me, he acted like.
In the 30 days of no vehicle, I had to pay for a rental, which incurred way more expense. Jon refused to pay for any part of my rental fees.
3rd week in June 2024, Take it to my regular mechanic to be looked at making grinding noise, which I thought were from brake. Nope, they didn't clean the calipers when they replaced my brakes, which then ate through my new brake pads and rotors they had just done. Forcing me to replace all 4 brakes and rotors, my mechanic properly cleaned calipers up. Plus, had to have a new hub assembly put on.
Now, as of yesterday, July 18th 2024, My transmission has once gone kaput. Call Jon and he reassured me to call my warranty through my credit Union and that was all he had to offer.
PLEASE BE SAFE, SMART, AND CHECK ANY CAR YOUPLAN TO BUY FROM JON'S AUTOMART TO A CERTIFIED, RELIABLE MECHANIC BEFORE HANDING HIM ANY MONEY. IF NOT YOUMIGHT FIND YOUR SELF IN A SIMILAR BOAT AS MYSELF.

I wasn't "shopping" for anything when I went to Jon's. I just wanted to look at a truck they had advertised on Facebook marketplace. It didn't work out with the truck I initially was interested in, but Jake stayed with me and eventually I decided to buy a whole different truck that I am totally satisfied with and am beginning to really love. There was no pressure, only a helpful willingness to satisfy a customer. They don't forget about about you once you drive off the lot, either. I forgot something in my trade in, Jake let me know and I was able to retrieve it. Highly recommend this business! Thank you Jon's Auto Mart!

Absolutely amazing customer service and vehicles!I messaged Jon last night about if a certain car was available and if i could come look at it the very next day. He responded quickly with a time to meet. He greeted us with a smile and such enthusiasm, he knew exactly what car we were there for. He instantly opened up the car, gave me the keys, and basically said “have at it.” Car is wonderful, Jon had awesome customer service and really good prices. The process of buying a car took me only a few hours between getting a loan and buying the car! If I could, I’d give him 6 stars!

I delt with both Jon and Jake, but primarily Jake. I was alset to purchase a truck and after review the truck may have needed some more work, as I went to leave Jake suggested a truck with lessor miles and in great shape. He was able to make the numbers work for me, he was very friendly and accommodating and a man of his word. I would recommend them

This place scammed us for 16,000 and told us the camper we were buying was in great shape. He would not let us on the roof which should have been a sign in the first place. Our first camping adventure water poured all over my head. We discovered a massive hole in the roof. We called and he wouldn’t take it back since it was past 30 days. We of course didn’t know of the leak untill we stayed in the camper. Our second camping trip water poured in through the sliders. I called again and he said campers do that. And still was not willing to buy the piece of junk back. We are not satisfied with the dealership and we highly recommend you do your research before getting scammed like we did. STAY AWAY
