Went to visit about 45 minutes before closing today and the doors were locked at 8:15 even though the park closes at 9. As we were leaving a pleasant employee asked if we wanted to jump, once we agreed we walked inside where we were "greeted" by a short woman with grey hair, glasses & piercings with a "what's the problem"? Not a hi how can I help you or anything a normal person would say when greeting a potential customer. I asked if we could jump, and she said there was a two-hour minimum (which we would have paid if we were given the option even though there was about 40 minutes left). This woman's whole energy and vibe was very negative, made us feel like we were a burden of some sort when realistically we were two adults looking to jump around for 30 minutes if that. Don't understand why you guys have such an unpleasant individual working in a very customer facing friendly environment. Don't think I will be returning anytime soon.

Nice place. Seems bigger, less crowded, and cleaner than Urban Air. My 3 year old had a blast. Will definitely come back.

Such a fun place for adults and kids to play as a family. Huge indoor park with creative and interactive building, slide, obstacles and more!

Great spot for kids! Staff was extremely helpful and kind. Hours of endless play… can’t wait for the low ropes course to open!

This place has gone downhill unfortunately. They have a mandatory minimum of 2 hrs but if you arrive at 7:30pm you only get 1hr and 30 min. Not right to charge someone for something they can't fully enjoy. Manager thought it was funny and smirked at me.

The trampoline park was great. My granddaughters enjoyed it. They sell no food with the exception of candy and chips but won't allow outside food in even when you buy an all day pass. Unless you pay extra for the party rate.

I am torn with this review, my children had a good time, but I had a few issues with how this place is run and was honestly surprised that there were zero adults on staff to address concerns. We were not told at check in that in order to even keep an eye on your children we would need to buy the special socks. This is already an expensive endeavor and to be expected to spend even more simply to stand around the very edges of the platform was galling. There really should be a margin in which a parent can keep a safety eye on their kids.

This place does not deserve.even one star..I had about the worst experience I've ever delt with in my life with a business..so sad that this place is supposed to be a fun place for our children. Unfortunately it's ran by a bunch of untrained teenagers that are so disrespectful and should absolutely not be allowed to work with children and have a job where they should be paying very close attention to making sure these children are safe ..I'm beyond disappointed in the place and very surprised there hasn't been any civil lawsuits .it's a matter of time..

Good place to bring kids for the afternoon. Different jumping activities and various arcade games too.

Good place for the children to run and play. It's a little hectic, figuring out how to get drinks and checking in.
They could be losing a lot of money on drinks since customer can just walk up and grab a drink from the cooler. Saw three drinks walk away with no payment.

Has gone up considerably in price. Workers are Nazis about not wearing shoes in certain sections as well as having to have special socks. Not to mention if you sit in a massage chair without paying for a massage. Had bought an online gift card for my grandkids a couple years back not realizing this gift card had an expiration date so my daughter not being a local didn't get the kids there on time so they missed out on the credit. Won't buy another of those again. Part of the park was closed to construction. Rough experience for me going to see my grandkids enjoy themselves.
