“My parents and i have been buying flowes for all occasions here for DECADES! we could always rely on uniquely crafted quality arrangements delivered in a timely manner. we were sad to see the previous owner retire but were hopeful to continue our support of this local business with a bouquet for my moms 75th birthday to be delivered to her work 2.5 miles away, ordered in store the Tuesday before.we are disappointed all the way aroundwhen i arrived at my mom's work the friday before the long holiday weekend at 1:30 and the flowers had not arrived - i called and was assured they would arrive before she left at 3:00. they were delivered at 2:58 - without a transport box to hold the glass vase. the display was light despite us asking for colorful. in only 4 days the flowers have all wilted - shown in the pictures (they were always delivered in a carrying box and usually last 7-10 days).we're also not hearing very hopeful things from friends that have also shopped here for years.hopefully by the next occasion things will be back up to par with the establishment we came to know and love. but for now we are unimpressed.**update: after reading the thorough, courteous reply i was contacted by the staff and given a full refund, a future credit and a sincere apology. ive given them an additional star for this professional response. we will return for our next arrangement and hopefully edit this review again with a 5th star.”
