  Monday I was expecting a package between 8:45am-10:45am, since no one showed up I signed up for alerts…never got one. 11:40am I got an email I missed my delivery because no one was home! I checked my outdoor cameras and saw your driver “Tristin” run out of his truck, yelled something, ran back to his truck... read full comment

  I have tried everything to get the FedEx drivers to stay ON THE DRIVEWAY but they can't seem to do it. Other delivery companies get it right but not FedEx. See video. I am filing a claim this time.

  I always dread getting a delivery from Fed Ex. At least 50% of the time they deliver to the wrong address. UPS does t seem to have a problem with this and I get at least 2 as many deliveries from them.
