I purchased my Chevy Equinox about 5 years ago, used. Everything was perfect! I did end up having something go wrong with a break, and Richard had it taken care of immediately! He is very upfront and does everything he can to make sure the used car is in its best shape for a used car. 5 years later, the only thing I have had to do is the mileage suggestions to keep a long lasting vehicle. I will certainly return when I need another vehicle. His prices are nice. If I had to give a negative? He doesn't always have a lot to choose from and I have learned, you see it today, it's gone tomorrow.

I purchased a vehicle here in the fall of 2018. For a $13k purchase I expected it would last me.. at least a COUPLE of years. I got 18 months out of the vehicle which must now be scrapped. The entire frame is rusted through. I spent $13k for a year and a half drive. Terrible! Condition of the vehicle should have been disclosed. Buyer beware! Take any vehicle to a mechanic for a thorough review before making any purchase.

Saw a nice Jeep there and talked to the guy about it. Test drove it and I was thinking about buying it. I then decided to check underneath the car and I found two decent sized rust holes in the sub frame. I told the guy about them and I said there is no way that Jeep should have taken a sticker with those holes. He said they would get them fixed and the price would be dropped a bit but those holes are not going to get any better. So I almost got screwed into a ten thousand dollar rust bucket. ALWAYS CHECK UNDERNEATH THE CAR BEFORE BUYING IT!

Overall had a pretty good experience here. Bought a 2006 Kia Optima (absolutely love this car) it had only been on the lot one day so there were a couple things that hadn't been sent out to be fixed yet. The back drivers side door didn't open and the CD player was broken. He ordered new parts for both and because I couldn't set aside a day or two to leave my car there they allowed me to take the parts and have a family member put them in ( which worked better for me) one thing I didn't like was my brakes squealed from the day I got it and he claimed it was because they were new... But they're still doing it months later.. But no a big deal. My tire on the passenger side also has a hole in it that it had when I got it but didn't notice right away unfortunately... Oh well! Over all , I'm happy :)

The dealer/owner is a real jerk. All he could talk about was how much money he put into the car, what was new and how how much HE spent.... I get it, i do want to know what is new but the one thing he forgot to tell me.... THAT ALL FOUR BRAKE LINES WHERE ROTTED. I found out while driving and I pushed down on my brake peddle and couldn't stop!! It was the most horrifying situation to not have your breaks while driving!
I finally got it to a mechanic and he said that this should have been spotted at the dealer when they were inspecting it.
DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!
