I've been to several of these halal markets looking for fresh goat (most stores this included have frozen) this one was by far the friendliest establishment very helpful and I guess they do restaurant food. I regret leaving on my fresh goat journey before buying anything but I will return guaranteed

Mohamed is friendly, helpful, kind, and generous. One day I had walked from class, hungry, tired and, without a penny in my pocket. Mohamed, the owner, gave me some rice as we chatted over current events. This is not the first time he has been helpful in a tangible way. My car needed a jump start and he made arrangements to help me get my vehicle running right away. I would support his business in a heart beat. He is not just a business man, but a compassionate person.

I came into this store to look around and this owner has it going on. Every shelf in the store is packed with healthy food. The have meny options to choose from.

baraka store is the best store downtown lewiston. and they have a resturaunt in the back of the store you can smell the spicy flavor from outside. i recommend this!
