“Being black in Maine and banks doesn’t usually make for the most comfortable transaction. Usually I get side eye looks like I don’t belong or like I’m up to something mischievous even know I’m just trying to cash my ft work check like the rest of us. Anywhoooo…. IF YOU ARE BLACK GO TO THIS BANK ❤️ They will treat you like a normal human being and greet you with kindness and make you feel welcome . I can honestly say the customer service at this bank alone WILL keep me coming back. The tellers within the Lewiston branch will talk to you like a normal human being and help you resolve any issues you may have. I want to give a huge shout out to this location for making my banking life so much easier and now I don’t have to get anxiety everytime I walk into a bank. I am so glad I found this location.”

“Been with these guys for years never have any issues with anything they’re great west they didn’t charge so many overdraft fees but when things are tight, they’re kind enough to cover your bill that comes through which a lot of banks don’t do so I’m definitely grateful for that”

I made a stupid mistake when I made a payment to my credit card, and yesterday Ashley quickly figured out what I had done and transferred me to Alex who said she would fix the problem. I got a call first thing this morning telling me that the problem was solved. I lost my husband recently, so life has been a bit stressful. I can't thank them enough for their kindness and patience - it's much appreciated.
