For me, applying for any loan is stressful and applying for one for house repairs is worse. Desneige was honestly incredible. She worked with my wife and I to get the best approval odds, answered any questions we had, and guided us through the whole process. Also want to give a shout out to the tellers who were all very friendly, and helpful too.

They never listen to instructions. Ask for your check to be made available and they can't even do that. Wasted my whole lunch there. Went to the gym, go to the gas station and the funds aren't even available. There goes a half hour waiting around when I could be back at work.

So, before all this covid-19 started, went into the Lewiston brand and felt like I was dismissed/not wanted. Fast forward to 7/3/2020 I try you again, but now at your auburn branch knowing what my credit score is, looking to refinance an auto loan with you. Was told I would have an answer in 24-48 hours. I call the branc on Tuesday between 4:30-5 pm left a message with a female teller, no return phone call. Leave a voicemail Thursday am at 7:30, no call back. Call back on Thursday around 5 pm, talk to the person I did the loan with was told my score was more than thirty point so lower, no explanation to this. No explanation as why no phone call or email from my voicemail earlier that day. No explanation for anything. I ended up just hanging up the phone, will not be trying them again for anything.

Very nice people, but wanted online to long because the person in front was talking about there life story it's a bank not a therapy section! Little less chatting and more of getting people there the line. People have stuff to do.
