Here’s the story:
Kelly the Scam!!, we had a conversation - the nail tech- Kelly and I. I also had ( from a different nail shop)a picture for her to mimic. Instead she decided to put chrome (a $20) up charge on all of my nails. I asked her- if this was her idea of a soft white and ONE silver sparkled nail. She became combative stating that I wanted chrome. I explained to her, I asked for this look on the picture. I never mentioned chrome.. I mentioned soft white and sparkled silver. She took it upon herself to do what she wanted to do so that she would make more money! SCAM!! She then tried to manipulate me into feeling concerned about how inconvenient she felt with having to file off the ugly work she had done without my permission. I told her to go for it. File it and please do what the picture shows. She was extremely unprofessional and was throwing tantrums about fixing her screw up! This place was recommended by someone and they told me to ask for Rose. Rose was busy. Nevertheless, next time wait for the referred person. But I won’t be going back. Her attitude turned me completely OFF.

I went on 4/23 for 5:00pm pedicure before heading out of state on vacation The following morning. By the morning of the 25th less than 48 hours later I had already lost the gel polish off of both big toes and on the 26th I lost the Polish off of a third nail. I don't mean a little bit I mean The polish was there one minute and the next minute completely gone like it came off in one big chunk. $56 for for me to walk around my entire vacation looking like a bum because I had no access to nail polish or remover. Definitely do not recommend!
Requested style: Just a simple gel polish that I wouldn't have to maintain while on vacation.
Cleanliness: The place is very clean and they were actually sterilizing all of the pedicure chairs while I was there.

I love art nails have used them long time I will tell you I have super anxiety doing nails but every time I go rose is who does them I’m very picky and she always pulls it off she is smart talented and always makes sure I get what I want and am happy all I can say is some of the oervoius comments are so not true this is the only and best place when you find that one person it’s worth the wait I promise you they are a family team and all amazing a lot have been there longer then others they all do certain things I have chrome on my nails I usually do dip I love dip a lot very happy great job team I always am happy

Decided to try them out because of their great Google reviews, and they’re open on Sundays which is a huge bonus… however… after signing in and writing on the waiting sheet that i wanted an ombré fill,… and waiting for an hour and a half ( which I didn’t mind because they must be good to have a line that long)… I was super disappointed. The woman decided to wait until I was in the chair to say they didn’t do the ombré dip nails there… mind you she had been checking the waiting sheet numerous times to determine who would be next based on which nail tech could do what service, so she clearly knew what I wanted for a service…I proceeded to tell them to just do a basic fill then and gel polish over it…. I Should have stopped there but I didn’t… the man working on my nails was the roughest nail tech I have ever had, he was constantly digging his nails into my fingers. He also didn’t have me wash my hands after the fill before polishing which should have been another red flag, there was still acrylic dust all over my nails…He just proceeded to paint my nails with the gel polish without adding on the base layer…. In my mind I knew that wasn’t going to last… and lo and behold only 2 days after having my nails done the gel polish has peeled right off due to no base layer. I won’t be returning.

such a lovely place to go and get your nails done! i got a full acrylic set with cateye gel, the lady who did my nails was so kind and patient with me choosing my colors! thank you arts nails ?

Family ran business that’s been at that mall for almost 20 years, they’re obviously doing something right. You pay for what you get, service is amazing. They do raffles and giveaways often which is a lot to say for other salons in the area.

I gave this place so many chances, it was a hit or miss each time I went. But the last time I went for a pedicure I was extremely disappointed... I could have painted my toes better! Nail polish was all over my toes, she didn't tidy it up. Another time I went for a Mani and when the woman was cutting my cuticles she cut my skin and I was bleeding. She didn't say sorry or anything and went along like nothing happened and there wasn't blood in her face.

Scam. Don’t go here. One of the worst and overpriced pedicures I have ever had. The pedicures are listed as $33 and I was charged $51 and my sister was charged $55 and we got the same exact thing done. The pictures speak for themselves!

Pedicures are listed as 33 but I was charged 55. I asked for a menu when I sat down and nothing? The prices are listed on the board. I went with my sister and friend and we all 3 were charged different amounts for the same thing. I still have dead skin on my heals which was the whole reason I went
