Great organization, $800 worth of work on my gas stove and it still doesn't work. The parts they used to replace older ones don't match the existing parts. Parts I paid for never showed up and when I called to inquire on those parts the response was "Oh yeah, we forgot to bring them. You can stop by and pick them up." Now that's service! I could go on but you get the idea.

Went there and purchased a GE washer/dryer stackable unit to replace a Blomberg unit that I was unhappy with. Good prices, delivered the same day, and friendly people. I'll be back the next time I need an appliance.

Called several times today, left a message, never returned my call, I called back again for the fourth time, lady finally answered said she would send me pictures of their scratch and dent Refrigerator’s and never did. Wanted $400 for a basic Refrigerator too! Plus $200 to bring it to a second floor due to staffing issue’s! What a joke place this is! I’m all set, I’ll go buy a new one at Home Depot delivered for $500! CYA!

This place was great and the people that work and own it are good people. We had to buy a washer and dryer fast for our parents that were moving over to Gardiner and the team was able to get us scheduled and installed quick. They also honored the warranty when the belt broke on the dryer and came right up the day before thanksgiving and truly saved the holiday.

Bought a machine about a month ago. It doesn’t spin. We jumped through all the hoops of setting the computer. Spent two days on this. For 3 weeks we’ve been calling and texting only to occasionally get an answer back. Once again, they were supposed to be here this morning. No call. No answers to my texts. Next step BBB. WEVE BEEN MORE THAN PATIENT. Seem like nice people, but also feel screwed over. Which in reality, we are. We bought a washer that doesn’t work and they do nothing.

Terrible place to buy from. I have had three purchases and all have been bad and two were a scam.The owner installed a gas range and left a gas leak. My tenants had to evacuate. It turns out he did not hVe the correct tools with him so he left and said he would be back to fix it. He was gone from 10 A.M. until 5 pm while the range was left disconnected and gas leaking. Later on I found out that he did not deliver the correct stove grates and he refused to supply them.We also bought a washer and dryer earlier in the year. When it was deliveredIt was not the same model. We had taken photos of the serial numbers. They gave us a look alike model that was a lower end version. But looked the same. When we confronted them they claimed we were wrong until we told them we had the serial numbers.When confronted about these issues the owner refused to take responsibility.Complete joke of a company.

Phenomenal service! They are a wonderful, down to earth group of human beings who know their business!After dealing with a big box store and LG for 18 months after the brand new fridge we had bricked after 4 months, A1 was a refreshing breath of fresh air.Not only did they get us the fridge of our dreams for a fraction of the sticker price at a big box; but when there was a minor error in installation they were out to make things perfect in no time.We will be bringing al of our appliance needs to A1 from now on.

This place was a God send! My refrigerator was broken and I needed an inexpensive replacement that was decent looking and worked well. So last week I visited A1 in hopes that I could find just that and I did! The people there were very friendly, patient, and helpful. They tried very hard to find the earliest time to deliver so I wouldn’t be without a refrigerator. It turned out they were able to deliver the very next day. It just so happened they would be in the area the next day.The delivery guys were very careful not to harm my house when they delivered and even helped me put my cats floor to ceiling roost back up. I’m sure that was not a requirement! I highly recommend A1 LA Used Appliance! Thank you A1 Team!!
