Absolute desperate bathroom situation which happens due to my medical situation and they claimed they were out of order. Unacceptable for a store in this area. Will never go back or trust I can rely on them again. So upset I can’t even say?

The employees are rude and they absolutely never answer the phone. I have been trying to call since UTStarcom because my roommate lost our EBT card and I'm trying to find out if they are at the store before I walk all the way up there. Also, they treat people like everyone is stealing, giving out mean looks, rude comments under their breath. Very disrespectful ?

don't like this 7 11 at all..the guy at register didn't speak when said hello the slushi machine was runny and dirty. I also did not feel safe in the store..I went in around midnight after taking daughter to hospital. I just had a bad vibe few guys followed me and teen daughter inside followed us around in store and got outta there asap thank God my husband showed up when he did to pick us up.. won't be going back in here anytime soon day or nite. I don't like when a cashier or employee can't even say hello back either. It's also not clean in store. I'm always polite and dont like leaving bad reviews but I'm also not gonna sugar coat my experience if bad.

These people are the rudest ever... The first time I stopped by here was with my girlfriend who apparently they know and are friendly to... Thinking nothing of it I stopped here without her twice and was over charged for items... I confronted them wit another receipt wit similar items that my girlfriend brought from the store... The guy argued me down saying... Another time I waited in line, the only person in the store for 10 minutes while the night guy walked around fixing items on the shelf... Mind you he looked me in my eye and kept walking towards the soda's... Tonight I watched the same night guy look at the long line... He goes to help his coworker by opening another register... Takes everyone... Sees I'm next... Walks away from the register... The lady that was already there calls up and the guy came back to take the people that were behind me... I will never spend another dime in this place... I in courage people to stay away... This people needs a visit from the Better Business Bureau...

I deliver with a food delivery service & frequently get orders to pick up here. The man working is always extremely rude & the orders are never ready. He clearly isn’t capable of doing his job.

Probably not the biggest of deals, yet still annoying. I drive for a food delivery service sometimes and early this morning I decided to turn the app on, happened to get an order around 12:30am for this particular location. I drive the 4 miles to the location to pick up the order, patiently wait in line and then ask the heavy, unattractive toothless fairly unwashed looking “woman” stocking the donuts(looks like she ate most of them) where to pick up a delivery order?This short yet wide creature says “I haven’t even started it yet”Now mind you it’s been about 20 minutes.So I ask, “do you have any idea how long”Her: “why don’t you just cancel it”Me: “because it’s a $20 dollar order”I didn’t argue with this creature for fear of being consumed like a jelly donut on a Saturday morning, I unassigned the order and left. Just be aware that if you take late night/early morning orders for this place you will drive all the way here and be told to cancel them by a creature from the depths of the ocean that looks like she lives on a tree street, has a husband named Rodney and leaves her pit bull in her 95 Escort on warm August days.

I sent my son into the store here to reload money on my card. He gave 47.00 she put 25.00 on my card. When I said where is the other 20.00 she said my son didn't give that which he told her yes I did. I asked her to pull her draw she refused. She said I dont count the money I just put it in. So if u don't want to pay them all your money she dont care. I had to say I was going to call the cops for her stealing from me in order for me to get my money back. And she kept going with her mouth. I see alot of complaints about this lady working days but she is still working there why. If you are having so many complaints and she isn't even counting money
